What inner ear disorder would cause you to be lightheaded 24/7?!?

I’ve been lightheaded for 7 months & I can hear my blood flow in my ears when I lay down or bend down.
I’ve had every test possible brain MRI, carotid artery ultrasound, echocardiogram.
They can not find anything wrong, I am not anemic either.

They are starting to suspect something with the inner ear.
But what kind of disorder or problem would cause these symptoms?!

I had a vestibular disorder that was treated with vestibular therapy. Basically balance therapy. My symptoms were simular, but not exactly like yours. Best of luck.
