What Is Hypertensive Heart Disease

What is Hypertensive Vascular Disease and what would cause it in someone with no family history of heart issue?
A lot of people have high blood pressure (hypertension). It doesn’t take a family history of heart disease to have it. It is caused by many many things. Some have been listed for you already, I see. Bad diet, no exercise, sedantary lifestyle, lots of stress and worry, age, smoking, hormone therapy, steroids, fats, some medications….many things cause it. No matter what the cause is, it has to be treated. If hypertension is so bad it has caused vascular disease, you are a prime suspect for an aneurysm, or stroke. I hope you get treatment soon.
